Explore the use of writing as a tool for self-care and self-expression at “Writing for Wellness” with Professor Kristine Snodgrass! This workshop will be hosted by the Leon County Main Library. Professor Snodgrass will share information about how writing can be used to improve our mental health and lead a writing exercise with the group. All necessary materials will be provided.
